We found this local through TheFork and decided to try it for a two-show dinner yesterday. The room is very comfortable, careful, with a beautiful piano and the tables quite distanced so that you can create a minimum of intimacy. The owner, gentle, has explained all the scope, the care he puts in selecting the best products of his land, taking them directly from the pastors, small farmers and farmers in the place. In the dishes, which are all excellent and very well-treated, you meet local tradition and a taste for experimentation, which is never overdrived. Food is delicate, without excess salt or sugar, so all the smells and flavors of the various ingredients are well out. It is a wonderful experience to repeat.
