Il locale &egrave; molto accogliente, curato, con un bel pianoforte e i tavoli abbastanza distanziati in modo da creare un minimo di intimit&agrave;.Il proprietario, gentilissimo, ci ha spiegato tutte le portate, la cura che mette nel selezionare i prodotti migliori della sua terra, prendendoli direttamente dai pastori, dai piccoli allevatori e coltivatori del posto. Nei piatti, che sono tutti ottimi e molto curati anche nell&#39;aspetto, si incontrano la tradizione locale e un gusto per la sperimentazione che per&ograve; non &egrave; mai esagerata. I cibi sono delicati, senza eccesso di sale o di zucchero, per cui vengono fuori bene tutti gli odori e i sapori dei diversi ingredienti. Insomma, una splendida esperienza, da ripetere. Siamo nuovamente tornati in questo ristorante che conosciamo ma questa volta a pranzo per assaggiare i primi, e come sempre ci siamo trovati bene, ottimo cibo e di qualit&agrave;. Abbiamo preso MAGGIO una pennetta integrale con rag&ugrave; bianco fave e finochietto e CHIC un fusillone ricotta zafferano e pancetta, tutto molto buono.
